At the World Bank, she played a key role in identifying leadership talent and supporting performance management reforms to hire and reward top performers.

John Kraus

A graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, he has tried over 60 cases to verdict and provides counsel on litigation, governance, and compliance matters. Martin Norgaard
Professor of Music Education, Georgia State University

Martin Norgaard is Professor of Music Education at Georgia State University and Director of the Music Cognition and Creativity Lab. His research explores the cognitive processes behind musical improvisation, in collaboration with colleagues across neuroscience, psychology, anthropology, and related fields. Originally from Denmark, he studied jazz performance in New York and holds a Ph.D. in music and human learning from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mikkel Soelberg Christensen is Assistant Professor of Strategic Communication at Georgia College and State University. He teaches courses in public relations and media relations. His research primarily focuses on crisis communication and the relationship between journalists and PR professionals. A former journalist with the Danish Broadcasting Corporation, he holds degrees from the Danish School of Media and Journalism and the University of Missouri.
